A Taste of Portugal Tours. Com acts as the booking agent between its clients, the transporting company and any other suppliers providing an excursion.
A Taste of Portugal Tours .Com is not liable for the death, illness, injury, damage or loss of any kind to passengers or their belongings during excursions.
The excursion voucher entitles the holder to transportation and the services of a guide, Meals and entrance fees are included only where specifically mentioned Extras and supplements are not included. National monuments are closed on public holidays.
Children under 4 years of age travel free of charge (seating is not guaranteed); Children aged between 4 and 12 years pay 50% of the adult price (except where otherwise indicated).
Cancellations - Will only be accepted by 12:00 noon on the previous day otherwise no refund will be given.
Reservations - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In case of insufficient numbers this company can cancel the excursion up to 21:00hrs on the previous day. A minimum of 6 people is required for each excursion.
A Taste of Portugal Tours. Com reserves the right to alter excursions and prices without prior notice when due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to use minibuses should the number of participants fall bellow eight.

Only written complaints will be accepted, within eight days of the service in question being rendered. Following the European Union Directive, only complaints that have been communicated to the supplier (guide, local agent) during the trip, can be accepted.
